Either upload a video file directly or paste a YouTube URL.
Choose your preferences:
Click "Process Video" to add your job to the queue. You can optionally upgrade to Priority Queue to move to the priority queue which gets processed ahead of normal jobs (costs 2x video duration in minutes).

Absolutely! Every ZIP package includes both captioned and uncaptioned versions of all clips.
Normal queue is free and processes jobs in the order they're submitted. Priority queue costs 2× billable minutes and moves your job to a separate high-priority queue that gets processed before the normal queue. If multiple priority jobs exist, they're processed in the order they were submitted to the priority queue.
